Dr. Jeffrey Horowitz received his medical degree from Albany Medical College before going on to complete fellowship training in aesthetic surgery, plastic surgery and general surgery. After receiving his certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 2007, Dr. Horowitz opened his practice in Baltimore to better serve the needs of cosmetic surgery patients throughout Maryland.
